Redondo’s LLC., a food processing company, was founded by Frank Redondo in Kapahulu on the island of Oahu in 1949. In 1960, the factory was relocated to an area by the Honolulu International Airport, and then to Waipahu in 1973 where it currently stands in operation after an expansion renovation in 1993.
Since its establishment in 1949, Redondo’s LLC., has become the largest sausage company in the state of Hawaii. Our household favorites such as Hawaiian Winners, Portuguese Sausage, and Pipi kaula are continuously loved by the people of Hawaii.
While competing companies move to the US mainland to save costs, Redondo’s LLC., is dedicated to local production to preserve and deliver the tradition, quality and authentic “Made in Hawaii” sausage products to the people of Hawaii and those who visit.
